What support options are available?

The Community edition is carried by the community: on GitHub and on Discord. Pro customers reach us through the ticket system in the customer center, in German and English, with a first answer within 24 hours on business days. Enterprise customers get an SLA written for them on top of that.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, for businesses, associations and public bodies — we offer professional installation services starting at €469 excl. VAT. We install and configure PLANKA Pro or Enterprise on your server or cloud environment. Requirements: VM or server with Debian/Ubuntu and direct SSH access.
