How does the payment model work?
PLANKA Pro uses a subscription model. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing – yearly plans include a discount. The subscription can be cancelled at any time and will end at the next renewal date.
Can I change my subscription?
Currently you can adjust the number of users, guest users, or storage within your plan.
How does storage work for hosted plans?
Storage for hosted plans is a shared pool for your entire team – with no per-user limits. For example, with 5 users at 5 GB each, you get a total of 25 GB that all team members share freely. As long as the total limit is not exceeded, any user can use as much storage as needed.
What is the difference between Self-Hosted and Hosted?
With Self-Hosted, you install PLANKA on your own server and handle updates yourself. With Hosted, we take care of the entire infrastructure, updates, backups, and maintenance for you – so you can focus on your work.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes, for businesses, associations and public bodies — we offer professional installation services starting at €469 excl. VAT. We install and configure PLANKA Pro or Enterprise on your server or cloud environment. Requirements: Debian/Ubuntu server with SSH access.
